Summary
KebzIntelligence is a WhatsApp assistant for farms. It is not an offline app: the photos people send leave their phone. They travel through WhatsApp to our service, and an AI service writes the answer.
- We keep a record of each scan, with the photo, on our server.
- An AI service reads the photo to write the answer. It does not get your number.
- The farm's own staff receive EXPERT requests, serious results and store orders.
- We do not sell data and we do not show ads.
- Anyone can ask us to delete their data. See Delete your data.
Who is who
Kebzi Haus runs KebzIntelligence. The farm that pays for it is our customer. The farm decides which numbers are on its staff list and which staff get alerts and orders. "You" in this policy is anyone who sends a message to a KebzIntelligence number: a farm worker, an outgrower, a manager or a buyer.
What happens when you send a photo
- WhatsApp, a Meta service, carries your message and photo to our service.
- If you did not give the crop name, we keep your number and the photo's WhatsApp reference and ask for it.
- When we have the crop name, we download the photo and save it.
- An AI service reads the photo and the crop name and writes the answer. It does not get your number.
- If the result is serious, or you reply EXPERT, we send the result and your number to the farm's staff numbers, and forward the photo when WhatsApp allows it.
What we keep, where, and for how long
Our servers are outside Uganda.

Who receives your data
- Meta (WhatsApp) carries every message and photo. Meta's own privacy policy applies to WhatsApp.
- An AI service receives the photo, the crop name and the farm's region, and returns the answer. It does not receive your number. It processes the photo under its own terms.
- Our hosting providers run our servers.
- The farm's staff receive EXPERT requests and serious results (your number, the crop, the result and, when WhatsApp allows it, the photo), and store orders (your name, number and order). These messages stay in their WhatsApp chats.
- Kebzi Haus gets error alerts. They name the part of the service that failed, not your message or photo.
We do not sell data, we do not use it for ads, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
This website
This website sets no cookies, has no analytics and makes no requests to other companies. Its fonts are served from this site.
Children
KebzIntelligence is for farm staff and produce buyers. It is not for children.
Delete your data
You can ask us to delete the scans, photos and orders that came from your WhatsApp number.
- Email hello@kebzihaus.com with the subject "KebzIntelligence data".
- Write the WhatsApp number you used, the farm's name if you know it, and what to delete: your scans and photos, your orders, or everything.
- We may ask you to send a message from that number, to show that the number is yours.
- We delete the data from our servers within 30 days and email you when it is done.
Copies that were forwarded to the farm's staff stay in their WhatsApp chats. Ask the farm manager to delete them. Meta keeps WhatsApp messages under its own policy.
To stop using KebzIntelligence, stop sending messages to it, and ask your farm manager to take your number off the staff list. A farm that stops using KebzIntelligence can ask us to delete all of its data the same way.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and its effective date. If the change is large, we tell the farms by email first.
